Hosting Tech Support – Job Opening!
We are looking for someone who is passionate about web hosting, who is customer service oriented and just plain loves everything about web hosting. Our Customer Support agents need to provide exceptional customer service on a consistent basis and “WOW!” our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt customer support by answering phone calls, tickets, live chat, assisting customers with basic hosting needs, and assigned duties.
- Troubleshooting various technical and non-technical issues customers are having with their web hosting plans and services.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualification and Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience with cPanel/WHM & the web hosting industry is a plus.
- Understand different hosting products such as Shared, Dedicated, Reseller, and VPS.
- Have experience with common web hosting environments; CloudLinux, cPanel/WHM, WHMCS.
- Able to quickly and efficiently handle a variety of common web hosting-related issues such as CMS installation, diagnosing common HTTP error codes, DNS Zone configuration, FTP connection, Email client configuration, diagnosing PHP-based errors, MySQL configuration, setting up cron-jobs and other common cPanel-based tasks.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Experience with documenting procedures.
- Comfortable speaking with customers via telephone, ticket, and live chat.
- Outstanding customer service skills in any situation.
- HND or a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is a plus.
- Live in Dansoman or its immediate environs.
