Hosting Sales Support – Job Opening!

We are looking for someone who is customer service-oriented and knows what web hosting is. Our Customer Support agents need to provide exceptional customer service on a consistent basis and “WOW!” our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Order Processing
• Provide prompt customer support in the form of answering tickets, live chat, assisting customers with basic hosting needs and assigned duties.
• Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers are having with their web hosting plans and services.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualification and Requirements:

• Understand different hosting products such as Shared, Reseller, and VPS.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Experience with documenting procedures.
• Comfortable speaking with customers via telephone, ticket, and live chat.
• Outstanding customer service skills in any situation.
• Readiness to learn and improve.
• HND or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is a plus.
• Live in Dansoman or its immediate environs.
