Emergency Maintenance - Power Load Balancing - Update #2

UPDATE: Unfortunately, several attempts to restore the server failed. This resulted in losing some database files on the OS drive since the disk is no longer recognized by the server. The server has been restored (with new installation on a new drive) and we have been able to connect the old OS drive via USB and PCIe riser, but in both cases, the disk is not being detected. It seems that the disk has turned faulty. Due to this, we have lost data on the OS Drive.

We have all website files and emails safe but couldn't get the database files which is on the OS drive. Our only option left is to restore some existing server backups to get your website backup online.

Fortunately, we have a recent weekly server backup (last taken 5/5/2024) for most accounts on the server. We are currently working to get all backups restored websites to start working. If your website has not been restored or is still not accessible yet, please contact us.

All users using Codeguard backup service can be able to get their most recent backup restored as well. You can also send us a recent local backup for restoration if needed.
