Urgent Notice! - Server Down (209.222.97.66) - UPDATE!

THIS APPLIES TO SERVERS -  209.222.97.66 AT MIAMI, FLORIDA DATA CENTER. 

Customers on our server(s)- 103.195.100.122 at our Miami data center are unable to access their websites/emails due to server downtime. 
Our server administrators are currently looking into this. Updates will be shared on this announcement post shortly.

STATUS: Monitoring

Upon checking, we found that the server status is currently offline. We attempted to power on the server; however, it is automatically shutting down due to CPU throttling. We also observed critical FAN sensor alerts in the IPMI. This issue requires inspection by our onsite technician. Due to current scheduling and technician availability, the task has been scheduled for the next available maintenance window.

Our next maintenance slot will be at 3.30 PM EST. (That is, 8:30PM GMT)

UPDATE: We have replaced the faulty AIO with a new unit and adjusted the BIOS settings. The CPU temperature on the server is now optimal. The server is back online and accessible. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance.
