Urgent Notice! - Server Down - UPDATE

THIS APPLIES TO SERVERS -  103.195.100.122 AT MIAMI, FLORIDA DATA CENTER. 

Customers on our server(s)- 103.195.100.122 at our Miami data center are unable to access their websites/emails due to server downtime. 

Our server administrators are currently looking into this. Updates will be shared on this announcement post shortly.

STATUS: Monitoring

Server is currently not booting into OS due to hard drive failing to be detected by the system. To ensure system stability and fixing the issue of disk disconnecting from the system intermittently, we are replacing the affected disk and performing a fresh installation of the operating system. Once the new disk is installed and the OS is reconfigured, we will retry to connect the old drive via USB to facilitate the recovery and transfer of any important data.

*UPDATE: We have launched our Disaster Recovery Plan restoring most recent server backup from our off-site backup destination. While we work on restoring data from off-site backup location, the website may not be accessible at all until the restore is complete. 

*UPDATE2: We are still actively working to restore the service. Unfortunately, our Disaster Recovery plan is taking longer than expected due to some technical issues. 

*UPDATE3: Server has been successfully setup and accounts restoration in progress. Most of the accounts/websites have been restored and others still in queue. 

*UPDATE4: All hosting accounts on the server have been fully restored. Kindly reach out if you any challenges accessing your hosting account/website.
